Abstract

Purpose: This study aimed to examine the effects of team-based project learning with blended learning on critical thinking disposition, problem solving, and team efficacy of female nursing students.
Methods: Seventy nine female students from a nursing baccalaureate program completed a structured questionnaire from September to December 2011 before and after a course applied blended learning with team project.
Results: After team-based blended learning course students were improved the critical thinking disposition, problem solving enthusiasm, and team efficacy (t=4.01, p<.001; t=4.20, p<.001; t=6.34, p<.001).
Conclusion: This study has significant implications in that the team project learning method applying the blended learning as a teaching and learning method is effective in conducting basic majors of nursing college students, it is thought that it can be applied.
